    Frequently Asked Questions

    How often do we need to see you each week for in-person training?

    The frequency of your in-person training sessions depends on the package you purchase. 

    • The 4-session package requires scheduling at least one session per week and must be completed within 6 weeks. 
    • The 8-session package requires scheduling at least two sessions per week and must be completed within 6 weeks. 
    • The 12-session package also requires scheduling at least two sessions per week but must be completed within 8 weeks. 

    I can work with you to determine the best package based on your needs and goals.

    Do I have to pay the total cost upfront?

    I offer flexible payment options for both online and in-person training. Payments can be split into four equal payments through Klarna if you qualify. This allows you to make manageable payments over time rather than having to pay everything upfront.

    Are meal plans included in nutrition coaching?

    No, meal plans are not included. I don’t provide cookie-cutter meal plans. Instead, my focus is on teaching you how to create a customized eating regimen that fits your lifestyle and preferences. Phyness Phytness Physiques nutrition coaching will teach you the concepts of how to eat right so that you can sustain your healthy habits for a lifetime. I also provide guidance and support to help you make healthy food choices and manage your calorie consumption.

    How do I know what program is right for me?

    I recommend scheduling a free consultation with me first to discuss your goals and determine which program would be the best fit for your needs. During the consultation, I will assess your current fitness level and discuss your specific goals. This will help me create a personalized training program tailored to your needs and preferences.

    What exactly will you be doing as my Personal Trainer?

    As your personal trainer, I will be your coach, teacher, and motivator. I will assess not only your physical state but also your mental state to ensure that I create a program that works for you. We will establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (S.M.A.R.T.) goals and ensure the program aligns with your goals. My job is to guide and support you every step of the way so that you can achieve your desired results.

    Is nutrition included in your programs?

    Nutrition education is an essential part of our training programs. In whichever option you select, online or in-person, you will have access to our program “Brick x Brick,” which provides a comprehensive understanding of nutrition that you can reference at any time. I will also be there to guide you and assist you in making healthy food choices and managing your calorie consumption.

    Do I need equipment?

    Our programs are gym-based, so having access to a gym is highly recommended. However, I can tailor workouts to your available equipment. At a minimum, you will need some resistance bands. We can discuss equipment options during your consultation.

    What if I cancel a session?

    If you need to cancel a session, we ask that you do so at least two hours prior to the scheduled time. You will be charged for that session if you cancel at the last minute or do not show up. However, I understand that life happens, and I will work with you to reschedule missed sessions as needed.
