Our Self-Guided Training programs are customized to target specific areas of your body and are designed to help you achieve that body goal.

12 Week Full Body (Self-Guided) Program

My overall goal is for you is to build confidence in what you’re doing BEFORE you step into the gym. We will go over topics like form, breathing, tempo, and muscle mind connection.

This includes:

  • Brick x Brick Nutrition Guide.
    • In the nutrition guide, we will cover topics such as macro/micronutrients, grocery list, reading a food label, determining calorie intake and many more. *After completing the guide, you should walk away with a solid understanding of how and what to eat to reach your fitness and health goals.*
  • Education on Resistance Training Concepts
  • 3 Different Types of Full Body Training, Split into 3 Different Days for beginner or advanced
      • Each exercise is accompanied by a picture for you to quickly reference. If you need additional help, you can also click on the image that takes you to a video of me performing the exercise. Also included are alternate exercises for most of the exercises in case your gym doesn’t have the equipment or if you want to switch things up a bit.
